My accountability Journal.
I just needed a place to post my weight progress and eating and exercising habits. In hopes that keeping myself accountably on these forums will help me achieve my goal.
So right now I'm at 120 pounds.
My goal is to get down to 100.
Today I haven't ate anything, just chewed two sticks of gum and drank some water.
Let's hope this lasts!
