Help with purging?

I don't know if something is wrong with me or what?
But alot of days I can't purge for anything. My gag reflexes just won't work, and if I do manage to get anything up, it's liquid and nothing major that I was trying to get out.

I've heard of Ipecac? But from where I'm at we don't have anything like that...

Any help?

If anyone ever tells you to try and use a tooth brush, DON'T DO IT!

It hurts and doesn't work for me. Maybe something else will help? Like I've tried to get as much upside down as I can when I purge, it seems to help alot. And to close my eye's, it helps me focus more on what I'm doing.
